Overview

FLUX is operated by Voyage Tracable, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (almost none) and how we handle it.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:

  • No cookies are set or read
  • No analytics or tracking scripts are used
  • No user accounts or login systems exist
  • No forms collect personal information
  • No advertising networks are present
  • No third-party scripts are loaded

Local Storage

Your game stats (high scores, preferences, daily challenge history) are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Network Requests

FLUX is a Progressive Web App that works offline. After the initial page load, no network requests are required. The service worker caches all assets locally. The game simulation runs entirely in your browser via WebAssembly.

Sharing

When you tap "Share", a game artifact image is generated locally on your device. The share action uses your device's native share sheet. We do not upload or store shared images.

Server Logs

Our web server may automatically log standard access information (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type) as part of normal server operation. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and are not shared with any third party. They are retained for no more than 30 days.

Your Rights

Under regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we collect (we collect none)
  • Request deletion of your personal data (there is none to delete)
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal data (we do not sell any data)

Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal data, these rights are satisfied by default.

Children’s Privacy

This site does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (COPPA) or 16 (GDPR). Since we collect no personal data from any visitor, this requirement is met by default.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
